Concept

I help you plan services and interfaces from the user’s point of view and create a positive user experience.

 
Activities: ideation and concept development; definition of functions, features and behaviors; modeling and prototyping of interfaces, processes and interactions; concept exploration with stakeholders and users

Outcomes: overall concept with specifications for implementation (sketches, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes,…)
 

Testing

I evaluate usability and attractiveness of concepts, prototypes, and existing products and services.

 
Activities: heuristic usability reviews, cognitive walkthroughs, service safaris, user tests, card sorting, tree testing, benchmark tests, A/B testing, etc.

Outcomes: test reports with recommendations, test videos, usability benchmark (success measurement)

nicole neuberger

I’m a Service & User Experience Designer with a background in Psychology and Interaction Design.
 
From 2001 to 2010 I worked as a Usability Consultant, User Experience Researcher und UX Manager for various international companies, including Venere.com (jetzt Expedia Inc.) and Sony Ericsson. Afterwards I joined Domus Academy in Milan as a tutor and lecturer in one of the first Master courses in Service Design. At the same time I started freelancing as a UX designer.

I founded grounded in 2013 in order to co-create new ways of dealing with health and illnesses. Depending on project requirements, I collaborate with professionals from different fields. In addition I continue working as a freelancer in different industries.

I’m fluent in German, English and Italian.
